First Fruit and Crisis Management Unit, making a difference to end the violence and to address social issues plaguing Washington, DC

Together We Win

In our society, countless influential organizations dedicate their efforts to effect meaningful change, often going unnoticed amidst the noise of everyday discourse. While it is easy to discuss the need for progress, the true measure of commitment lies in the action taken to confront challenges many are reluctant to face. Today, we must shine a spotlight on two remarkable leaders: Frank Muhammad, the CEO of First Fruit, and Dyrell Muhammad of the Crisis Management Unit.

These two individuals have devoted themselves wholeheartedly to their mission, following the wise guidance of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. Their unwavering dedication aims to transform their community into a safer and more dignified place for everyone. They have strategically established righteous outposts behind the lines of adversity, creating innovative programs that not only uplift but also empower the Black community to take charge of their own challenges and serve as the architects of their futures.

With such esteemed figures passionately working towards the betterment of society, it is crucial for the community and the organizations they represent to rally around them with unwavering support. By coming together and investing in their vision, we can ensure their efforts flourish and lead to lasting success.

One of the most admirable qualities of Frank Muhammed is his unwavering dedication to the youth in Potomac Garden section of Washington, DC. As a prominent father figure within the community, he provides invaluable guidance and support to young men and women who often find themselves lacking positive role models in their lives.

His office is more than just a space; it is a welcoming sanctuary filled with warmth, where young people can drop by at any time to seek advice, counsel, and a listening ear. Within those walls, they can find comfort and direction, as Brother Frank helps them navigate the complex challenges and pitfalls that surround them in their everyday lives. His steadfast commitment to their well-being brings immense peace of mind to many mothers, who are reassured knowing that their children have a caring and encouraging figure like Brother Frank to rely on.

All violence comes as a result of internal conflict and if we wish to quell the violence we must create opportunities for individuals to learn how to resolve the internal conflict so that we lessen the probability of them inflicting their pain on someone else. My mission is to inspire and motivate others to see it as their moral duty to serve their own community.  I have never met a child that said all they want to do is carjack and sell drugs in their community. It's just when we fail to take time to give them attention and give them opportunities to make money doing something productive, the hood will eventually make them into that which will chastise us for our failure. Many refuse to believe there is a corporate attack on the minds and productivity of Black youth through intercepting their educational, economical and social development, and resulting in statistically funneling them through the revolving doors of the criminal justice system. - Frank Muhammad CEO First Fruit-

Brother Dyrell Muhammad's Crisis Management Unit is making significant progress in the Washington, D.C., area as it battles the tragic wave of senseless violence. One cannot help but admire Brother Dyrell's unwavering ambition and resilience. Despite overcoming many personal challenges, he has harnessed his inner strength. He serves as a guiding light, embodying the righteous principles taught by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and carried forward by the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

It is a natural and noble aspiration to align ourselves with those who strive to save the lives of our community's vulnerable and forgotten members. Brother Dyrell's programs and tours are not just events; they are transformative experiences. If you have yet to attend one, you are missing a profound spiritual upliftment and enlightenment opportunity. These gatherings inspire individuals to join the movement dedicated to saving lives, mainly focusing on the issues confronting Black youth and the homeless crisis in Washington, D.C. Engaging in this work rejuvenates the spirit and fuels the urgent mission of bringing hope and change to those in need.

Crisis Management Unit CEO Dyrell Muhammad spoke at the historic stop the killing summit tour at Howard theater about the plagues the black community in particular Washington DC are facing.

There are three crisis in Washington DC you have a mental health crisis which is a result of the killing and you have a homeless crisis which is a result of the people need housing and you have a death of property because the people need jobs now. The Honorable minister Farrakhan taught us and gave us instructions that we need 10,000 fearless men to stand between the knives the guns in the death of our people and you have 297,000 black men in Washington DC so it should be  easy for us to get 10,000 fearless men to go into the neighborhood and make our community a decent and safe place to live. Crisis Management Unit job is to raise the temperature in the body of the black community in Washington DC, so we are calling all people of goodwill particularly black people because it's a black people problem and we are taught to accept our own and to be ourselves. -Dyrell Muhammad CEO of Crisis Manangement Unit-

Soon, with divine guidance, we envision launching a transformative campaign called "Reclaim Our Future." This initiative aims to unite First Fruit and Crisis Management Unit in a dedicated effort to cultivate a sustainable model for community improvement. By harnessing their combined strengths—spanning education, mentorship, crisis intervention, and community mobilization—these organizations can address the complex web of crises that plague our society in a holistic and impactful manner.

The community needs a "Dream Team," a living testament to how collaboration among like-minded individuals can yield substantial benefits. Both First Fruit and Crisis Management Unit have already established partnerships with influential entities like Muhammad Mosque No. 4, Cease Fire Don't Smoke The Brothers & Sisters, and numerous other community pillars. Together, they have the potential to make a significant difference.

The crux of the solution lies in a dual approach of education and action. With Crisis Management Unit's CEO, Brother Dyrell Muhammad, there is an exciting opportunity for a powerful collaboration with Brother Frank Muhammad First Fruit's various programs. By uniting their efforts, these organizations can effectively confront immediate crises and the deep-rooted systemic issues that have long impacted our community.

Parents, educators, and families must unite in a concerted effort to reclaim our young people and secure a brighter, more hopeful future for them. This endeavor necessitates more than just rhetoric; it calls for intentional and coordinated efforts to create safe environments, promote mentorship, and present meaningful economic opportunities.

For those who may feel that change is beyond reach, recognize that each small action holds the power to effect meaningful transformation. Each positive interaction and every opportunity extended chips away at the barriers set by systemic issues that seek to undermine us. Serving our community is not merely a choice but an inherent responsibility we all share.

Let us embrace this mission with seriousness and dedication. United, we can steer our youth away from the dark paths of despair and guide them toward lives filled with purpose, dignity, and hope. The future of our community depends on this collective effort, and together, we can forge a brighter path forward.
